Refund policy

At Embassy Barracks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unassembled
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@embassybarracks.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Embassy Barracks cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@embassybarracks.com if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You receive the wrong item

We may request photographs of the issue to assist with our assessment.

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
